Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

DELIVERY

  1. Please note that an accurate delivery relies on you providing us complete and accurate information including delivery address, contact name and number.
  2. Standard delivery for all states in Peninsula Malaysia will be done via our preferred courier J&T Express Malaysia. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and weight.
  3. If the product is in stock, delivery is within 2 to 5 business days.
  4. If due to any unforeseen reasons that any product(s) purchased is not in stock, the whole order will be cancelled and refunded. A new order is to be submitted for the in-stock product(s).
  1. Please note that all orders are shipped on business days only. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
  2. We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred by you as a result of delay of your delivery caused by the courier company.
  3. We advise you to immediately inspect the contents of your parcel as soon as your order is delivered.
  4. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery or if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, the time when we had tendered delivery of the products.

 

RETURN and REFUND

  1. In the event that the products or parcel is, for no legitimate reason, undelivered and/or unclaimed by you from the courier company and the products/parcel is returned to us:
  1. you will need to, within 14 working days of your original delivery date, claim the products physically from our store or pay the cost of re-delivery to you on another date. Please note that in this instance, we may impose on you a penalty which is charged on us by the courier company
  2. If you fail to claim your ordered product within the said 14 days, we will cancel your order and refund the order amount, after deducting delivery charges, storage/service charges and any penalty imposed by the courier company for returning the parcel to us. If you wish to re-order the same products, you will have to re-submit a fresh new order with us.
  1. In the event that the products or parcel is undelivered to you due to our fault or omission or if you receive any faulty/damaged products or products which did not match your order specification, you have a right to reject the faulty/damaged products and:
  1. return it to the courier company. In order to claim a refund, you must, within 24 hours of the delivery, send us a picture which clearly shows the damage to the product and provide us your order number. Upon our sole verification, we will either replace the faulty/damaged product or provide you a full refund within 14 days of the receipt of such products by us; OR
  2. return it to us directly at our store. Upon inspection and our sole verification, we will either replace the faulty/damaged product immediately or provide you a full refund within 14 days of the receipt of such products by us.
  1. Please note that any refund of products shall be done at the price which you paid for the said product at the time of your order. Refunds will be debited to your account by the bank or IPay88 based on your original payment method.
  2. In the event of a refund, loyalty points received, if any, for the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from your account.
